These terms apply to all tutoring services provided by Gareth Edgell trading as compscitutoring.com. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.

Sessions

• All sessions are delivered online via video call with screen sharing

• Sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed

• You will receive a booking confirmation by email with joining instructions

​

Payment

• The current rate is £60 per hour

• Payment is due at the time of booking via the online booking system

• We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a session will receive a full refund or be rescheduled at no charge

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may not be eligible for a refund (see Refund Policy)

• If we need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative time

 

Conduct

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to end a session and withhold future bookings if conduct is inappropriate or disruptive.

 

Liability

• We provide tutoring support and guidance, but cannot guarantee specific exam results

• We are not liable for any loss arising from technical issues on the student's side (e.g. internet outages, device problems)

• Our liability is limited to the value of the session booked

Intellectual Property

All materials shared during sessions (notes, worksheets, resources) are for the personal use of the student only and may not be redistributed or published without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
