REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment

We want every student to have a positive experience. If something goes wrong, we'll do our best to make it right.

 

Full Refunds

You are entitled to a full refund if:

  • You cancel your session more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time

  • We cancel the session for any reason

  • A technical issue on our side prevents the session from taking place

Partial Refunds or Rescheduling

If a session is interrupted or cut short due to a technical issue on our side, we will offer either a partial refund or a complimentary make-up session, at your preference.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that emergencies happen — if you have an exceptional circumstance, please get in touch and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

No-Shows

If a student does not attend a booked session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

 

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at gareth.edgell@compscitutoring.com with your booking details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 working days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
